Pages with tabs in Microsoft Word, similar to Excel

Lotus WordPro 97 has the ability to create tabbed sheets similar to Microsoft
Excel, which are very handy for moving between different parts of the
document very quickly. Can you do that in Microsoft Word and if so how?

Word does not have tabs, per se, although there might be some add-ins that
do it. However, the Document Map feature can provide similar functionality
for easily/quickly moving between different part of a document.
