Hello,

I am new to access, can someone please help me to understand the concept of
pages.

Also if I create some pages can I share this with a person who is in US, if
we have a common drive and this database is placed on that shared drive.

Lastly can we create a replica of switchboard by using pages so that a user
gets many options to navigate, print etc..

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
DA

Pages can mean different things. Data Access Pages, Pages on a Report, Pages
in a Tab control. So, you need to be more specific on that.
If you both have access to a shared folder, regardless of location, there
should be no problem.

I would strongly recommend using a form as opposed to a Switchboard.
Switchboards have very limited functionality and some other problems. Using
a form with a Tab control would be a very good way to do this.
