Hi,
Here is a problem which repeats with annoying regularity. An academic
receives many MSWord files by email but his Apple Macintosh running
MacOS9.1 with MSOffice 2001, prints them wrong. They look OK on the
screen, but as soon as he prints them, the top 2" either disappears off
the top of the document or appears mid-page with a blank space above the
text. It seems that the document is re-paginating itself during
printing. A print preview produces a similar positioning error.
I tried erasing the Word font cache, settings and font cache library,
which worked for a short time, but not any more.
Has anyone come across this fault and if so, is there a home remedy?
Ed.
