Paging quits working in Full Screen Reading document view

When using the full screen reading view in Word 2007 on .doc files- Word 2003
format, paging backwards quits working at some point. I have to use the
control to go to the front of the document to re-establish its use - and then
it will do it again. No rhyme or reason...

Anyone else care to comment?

You probably will have better luck posting in a newsgroup that's NOT
dedicated to Word for Macintosh (hence the .mac. in the newsgroup name).
Perhaps:

microsoft.public.word.application.errors

That's probably true. Unfortunately, the discussion group 'tool' put me

Yes Bruce, it's a "tool" all right! We get *heaps* of posts here misdirected
by that appalling interface.
