Paid MSN Live Accounts not working in Entourage

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I'm trying to set up my MSN account using Entourage. I pay for my account as part of a deal with Qwest.

HTTP error: Access to the resource is forbidden.
-18597

Am I missing something?
