I capture PTO in 4 separate tables, that I then combine onto a form and
employee summary report via queries. My problem is that my colleagues are
now looking for a year-in-review summary similar to the following:
1 2 3 4 5 6
Jan V V
Feb S
March
etc.
Is there any way to do this? FYI...the time off is entered with beginning
and ending dates (i.e., 5/4/09 to 5/8/09 - 40 hrs).
