Paint Won't Save JPEG

Hello.

In our office, we have some computers that we can do a Save As JPEG in Paint
and some that don't have that option. Does anyone know how to get all of them
with this capability? I've checked versions and updates and they are all the
same.

(Windows 2000 SP4, Office 2000 SP3)

This group is for miscellaneous issues with Microsoft Office. Paint is not
part of Office, but part of the operating system. Please repost in a group
appropriate to your OS.
