Paired Bar Charts

Does anyone know how to make paired bar charts in Excel. For example I
would like to show sales for a particular product with the
corresponding profit under (or left/right). Is there an easy way to do
this?

Thanks!

Do you want two separate charts? Make two charts, embedded in a
workbook, then drag them around to line them up. Hold Alt to glue the
chart to the cell boundaries, or use the various options on the Align or
Distribute command on the Draw menu (Drawing command bar) to align
charts with each other.

My interpretation of your question was a wee bit different than Jon's. I
think you want a Clustered Column or Clustered Bar chart (to use Excel's
terms). I'll assume your data for one set of columns is in A1:A10 and the
other data set is in B1:B10. Select the whole range (A1:B10) and start
the chart wizard (Insert | Chart on the menu). Select the column chart
(or bar chart for horizontal bars) and the Clustered Column option (the
top left choice). Follow the wizard through the rest of the process.
Write back if you have more questions.
