Palatino Linotype Font Issue

Hello. I'm using Access 2007.

My office uses Palatino Linotype as our official font for all of our
reporting, docs, etc. Don't know if this is a bug or not, but when I place
this font in BOLD text, it automatically ITALICIZES the text as well. This
did not happen in prior versions of office. Is there an update out there for
this?
