Palm Hotsync not happening yet, and an oddity with Outlook minimis

1) I note that as yet palm hotsync is not working with Office 2007. Is there
any news on when or if that will be available?

2) Anyone else getting this odd effect? I minimise Outlook to the icon, and
when I restore it again by right clicking on the icon and selecting open,
Outlook behaves perfectly correctly, but I get an error message saying that
outlook is not responding, even though it is?

1) Contact Palm; Microsoft is not responsible for other vendors to update
their software for Office 2007.

2) Known issue from Outlook 2003 while connecting to an Exchange server. Do
you still get this behavior while having the TR installed and double click
on the icon to restore Outlook?
