Palm project software to sync with Entourage?

Is there any Palm project software that syncs with the Project centre
in Entourage. The feature i want to use having tasks assigned to
Projects - sort by project/sort by date/sort by category.

And be able to plug tasks into the palm on the road and sync them into
the correct Entourage project when I get back to the office.

I have Entourage 2004, Palm tungsten E2

Any thoughts much appreciated - at this stage it looks as though I need
to run a separate project management software app on the Mac and miss
out on the lovely link that Entourage has between emails and contacts
and projects.

If you use the Microsoft-supplied handheld conduit, it will create a
category in the Palm To Do app for each project and associate the tasks
correctly. This will work as long as you don't also assign categories to
your tasks. If you assign a category to a ask, it's used instead of the
project for syncing.

I've found this to work pretty well, especially given that the Palm has five
priority values, just like Entourage. The Palm uses the numbers 1 - 5
rather than "High Priority," etc., but there's a one-to-one correspondence.

Bummer. I do want to use Projects *and* Categories....

(why? I'm trying to use the David Allen "getting things done approach":
Categories are online/phone/errands/business hours etc. A different
axis to the projects assignments...)

Any other ideas?

Phil,

Have a look at the GTD+Entourage PDF put together by the David Allen
Co.

Simple but really quite good. Use it just like they suggest and it has
made things really zing along. Interestingly they suggest steering away
from using Projects.
