Palm sync problem with Entourage 2004 (11.1.0)

We are having a problem with sync problem with Entourage 2004. This client
is giving us a lot of errors on the Exchange 2003 server. Does anyone have
any suggestions on how to correct this problem? Is this the right software
for this MAC client, I am not a MAC users at all. I am just trying to
resolve the issue that we are having.

Here is what the client has installed on it:

Mac OS X v. 10.3.6

Microsoft Office 2004 - Entourage v. 11.1.0

I also installed Microsoft Handheld Synchronization for Entourage X

Palm Desktop v. 4.2.1

Sony Clie PEG-S360 running Palm OS v.4.0

You must install the Handheld Sync program from the Office 2004 CD, not the
one on the MS website for Office X. The correct one can be found in the
Additional Tools folder on the CD or in the Office 2004 folder after
install.
