Palm Sync to Outlook 2007

I can not seem to sync our palms to Outlook 2007. The palm software says it
has synced, however the log says than nothing has synced. Palm said it is an
outlook problem because the palm syncs to it's software without any problems
(yes, I down loaded the palm patch for Outlook 2007). Microsoft says it is a
palm problem. Does anyone know the answer?

Outlook has no synching abilities - it all comes from the sync software installed and the device that is synching. Suggest you post to a Palm support forum for your device.
