Palm synchronization problem (national characters)

Hello to all.

I'm using Tungsten T3 with Mac OS X 10.3. The problem I have is about
Palm <-> Entourage synchronization. I've installed the correct conduit,
but when the synchronization is performed all the national characters
are lost. I.e. if I type something in Polish into Entourage (creating a
task or a note), each of national characters I type is converted to '?'
during synchronization. It's strange. When I sync to Palm Desktop for
Mac, the national characters are retained (no matter if I enter them on
Palm or in Palm Desktop).

Any help will be appreciated.
