Palm syncing with outlook issue. "permission required" popup ever.

Everytime I sync my palm to outlook (I have chapura pocket mirror), this
windowed message appears:

"A program is trying to access email addresses in outlook, do you want to
allow this? "

And then I must choose how long to allow it, a minute, 2 minutes, 10...

I know this is to help guard against hackers from stealing my contacts but
it is annoying. How do I set it to "allow" default, or how to I remove it?

See if palm has updated their software - it's been 4 years since MS added
that prompt, plenty of time for palm to update their software. Otherwise,
you'll either need to live with it or use a utility called ClickYes.

I'll checkout ClickYes. I will also try to find an updated version of
Chapura. However, this only occurs about 70% of the times... I wonder if its
just random or bugged?

if you can identify which items are triggering it, we might be able to
figure it out. Newer builds of outlook added additional properties that
trigger it and the items might contain those properties.
