This is on my laptop Compaq Presairo R3000, everything is standard except I
have upped the RAM to 2 gig and use Lynsys N networking card. I have XP pro
with all current updates. I have Office Pro 2003 with all current updates.
I have a new Palm TX and not have completed a full sync yet.
I have uninstalled office and reinstalled it. I have unistalled Palm hot
sync and reinstalled it I have all current updates for Hotsync installed. I
don't know if I did a good total uninstall on the Office because when I
reinstalled it it pulled up my complete contacts list without me reloading it.
I have add/removed (remove) activesync from my program list, I used it with
my old HP PDA.

When I contacted Palm they told me that the OLERR means it is a OutLook error.
In searching other sources of information it seems that this is a common
problem for several Palm products and Office syncing.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
