Palm TX - Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003

I try to sync the pda to work and home pcs and I seem to get no sync
sometimes or duplicates a lot of the time. I have both the HotSyncs set up
to sync to multiple computers but I really struggle. Sometimes I notice
that a 2nd calendar gets created on the Outlook 2003 machine - and "some" of
the items sync in calendar 2.

Frustrated.................... Help???

Synching problems are the purview of the sync software's vendor, not
Outlook.
