PANIC!! Lost entourage email account password

Hi, Seriously panicking now! Have an outlook account originally and when got a mac set it up on here with entourage. Wanted to add new account (new ***@) and couldn't remember password. WEnt to get from existing account and there is nothing there?! Not sure if i deleted it or not but there doesn't seem to be anything in Keychain either. My entourage has now stopped receiving or sending emails and I cant recover the password from outlook on my pc as have already tried that with a number of password recovery software programs. Really hoping i dont have to shut this account down as it is work based and all my clients etc have this address and assume would lose everything.
Please help if you know a way to recover passwords, it must have been there at some point for the email account to work its just finding it!!

I would really appreciate any advise you can give.

if it's not in the keychain, it's not looking too good...
I would contact the ISP hosting the account. They should be able to
either retrieve or at least reset the password,
