No. My spelling checker is working just fine. Try trashing your Word
Settings (10) file in the preferences folder. Also, run the OSX Disk Utility
Repair Disk Permissions function. Maybe this will help.

My Word spell checker works out just fine. I did have trouble with Outlook
Express. OE works in the Classic mode when using OS 10 but is not capable of
using the Word dictionary from OS 10 versions of Word.
