In Word you're pretty much stuck with the RGB color space.
But, graphics software that does support Pantone color
(e.g. Corel DRAW, Corel PhotoPaint, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe Photoshop, and more) should be able to give you the
equivalent RGB values.
For example, if the shade of Pantone blue desired is
Pantone Blue 072 CVC, the closest RGB equivalent is 56, 0,
150.
