Paper Select not working with Unidrv printer drivers.

I am developing a printer driver that has 2 paper sizes specified in the GPD
file.

However when I go into Word 2000/2003 and select File->PageSetup, only the
first is shown as intended, the other is shown as "Custom size". Everything
works OK in Notepad and WordPad.
