Paper Size rolls back from Legal to Letter pls Help!

Hi.

NT Environment;
Access 97;

I have this problem:
I created a Legal size paper report. Saved it.
And when this report is opened on another machine (not
necessarily with the same default printer), the report
gets cut off to a Letter paper size. So in order to run the report on that
PC, I go to Page Setup, select Legal and only then print it..........

Any ideas?

P.S. I've also noticed this: if I save the report and change the default
printer on my PC and then try to open the same report, it gets cut off to a
Letter size as well

Alex:

Go to File -> Page Set Up and on the Page Tab, click the radio button to use
the default printer.

Secondly, if necessary go to our web and in the code and design tips area
under Reports there is code that you can use that you'd run before either
preview or printing that would make sure that the target report is set to
use whatever specified paper you need.

The default printer is selected by default....
Any other ideas???

Did you check out the code on our web site? Try running that before going
to preview or print.
