Paper tray selection changes from NT to XP

I have a Word 2000 on NT template which has the paper selection as;

First Page - Tray 3

Second Page - Tray 2

Upon opening this template under Word 2002 on XP, the paper selection
changes as :

First Page - Tray 2

Second Page - Tray 1 (manual)

I have looked at using the NT printer drivers under XP but it does not help.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
