Hi Max,
Maybe you haven't used it for a while and under Tools>Customize>Options, you
do not have either the Always show full menus box checked or the Show full
menus after a short delay bo checked, or the latter maybe checked, but you
haven't waited long enough.
Try checking the first of these boxes and see if it reappears. If it
doesn't, it may have inadvertently been deleted, so select the Commands tab
of the Customize dialog and then open the Format menu and locate the
Paragraph item under the Format category of the dialog and click and drag it
onto the menu.
