"Paragraph breaks" grayed out?

Hi,
I would like to use paragraph breaks in my text boxes (not rich-text).
I have a repeating section with bunch of textbox controls bounded to
the secondary data source returned from a Web service via untyped
dataset. Everything works correctly - however when I right click on
any of the text boxes - properties - display, the "Paragraph breaks"
checkbox is grayed out and I cannot click on it?!? "Wrap text" option,
on another hand, is available.

Any ideas?
