paragraph dialog box

The paragraph dialog box will not appear.
When I click Format menu, then click paragraph nothing
appears.
If I have text highlighted the highlight is removed.
When I right click on a selected paragraph and select
Paragraph from the short cut meun, nothing happens.
Well the highlight goes away but no dialog box.

Doug,

Here's another item to add to the list, which I just had happen
recently:

"Or: When custom toolbar keeps displaying on the opening of Word, even
though it's been un-displayed."

Replacing the Data key fixed it.
