Paragraph justification in Word

Melissa

Is it possible to specify minimum, maximum, and desired word spacing, letter
spacing, and glyph scaling while justifying paragraph alignment in Word, but
still have Word make the adjustments automatically to each line of text?

Hi Melissa,

Basically, no. The 'feedback' Word uses comes from the Windows font engine interpretation of the characteristics and properties of
the specific font in use. You can override text with manual settings in Format=>Font=>Character Spacing.

Word is basically a text reflow software package rather than a page publishing software item.

Hi Melissa,

I agree with Bob that we are not able to do that in Word. You may need to
find a workaround in your scenario.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Nope. You'll need something with a little more power.
Corel Ventura comes to mind. (Been working with both since
1989)
