Hello All,
In prior versions of Word (97 anyway) CTRL + [down arrow] navigated
from the current paragraph to the next paragraph, to the next paragraph, etc.
regardless of any automatic numbering.
In Word 2003, CTRL + [down arrow] will navigate to the next paragraph.
However, if the paragraph has automatic numbering or bullets, the cursor will
navigate to the number or bullet.
Then the next CTRL + [down arrow] will navigate, NOT to the next
paragraph, but a couple of characters to the right, to the text of the
numbered or bulleted paragraph.
It now may take 1 CTRL + [down arrow] stroke, or possibly 2 CTRL +
[down arrow] strokes to get to the next paragraph depending on whether the
paragraph has automatic numbering. How do I turn this off?
Thanks for your help!
