Paragraph numbering in sections

I need to know how to restart paragraph numbering in different sections.
Section I would run 1.0, 1.1, 1.1.1, etc., Section II would run 2.0, 2.1,
2.1.1, etc. Currently, wherever Section I ends, Section II picks up.

I don't know if it varies, but since it might, it would be a good idea
to post what version and what program you are using (Like Word 2003)
