Paragraph Spacing Button

In PowerPoint 2004 the Paragraph spacing button on the toolbar would adjust the line spacing. In the new version it just adjust the spacing after the paragraph. IS there any way to put a tool on the toolbar that adjusts line spacing?

You can add a Line Spacing command button to a toolbar which gets you into
the Format> Paragraph dialog a bit more quickly but there isn't anything to
incrementally adjust line spacing by way of a button. Fortunately they fixed
the flaw in 2004's paragraph spacing buttons but evidently didn't see a need
to add buttons for line spacing control.
