Parallel document review by multiple users

Hi,

Due to time pressures a same document is to be reviewed by
several people in parallel, where the people are all at
remote sites (thus no possibility to put document on a
shared folder).

The review comments could be posted using INSERT COMMENTS
and by TRACK CHANGES.

Is there a way by which I can take let's say 2 such
versions and merge all the COMMENTS and TRACK-CHANGES into
one document.

A non-macro technique will be preferable; however if there
is no alternative but to use a macro then so be it.

Many thanks in advance for all your efforts to provide me
a feedback.

Hi Akshay,
The review comments could be posted using INSERT COMMENTS
and by TRACK CHANGES.
Theoretically, Tools/Merge Documents should work - IF the
document isn't too large.

You need to be sure to go through and accept/reject all
changes in the "master" document before merging in each
additional document, otherwise Word is likely to make a hash
of things.
