Paramater Boxes

I have a order form created and works great. But If I close the form before filling in all the information I get a paramater box that shows up asking for informaion. It's a paramater box for a required field that is a combo box. Other than that- the form closes fine. Does anyone know why this behavior is occuring?

Is the parameter box asking for a value? is it telling you of an error?
Please provide more info....
