Paramater text searches

I want to setup a paramater query that does a key word search, regardless of
upper/lower case.

Currently have this in the query criteria box of a memo field.

Like "*" & [Enter text to find] & "*"

Im hoping to return the word William in the search. Query will not find
William when I enter paramater, william, will, Will. It only returns William
when I enter William.

Any help?
