Unfortuntaly you can't. However, you can create a form that acts just like a
Parameter Query and then have a drop down list combo box on it. Check out
this tutorial on the subject at http://www.fontstuff.com/access/acctut08.htm
Some really great articles on Access are there. Try it, I did and it works
just great.
I checked out the web site and it was very useful, but can I use a field from
an existing table of records (that is constantly being added to) to use as my
drop lown list combo box???
