parameter is incorrect

A client is trying to open an Access dbase from a terminal server. When he
double clicks on the icon from My Computer/Windows Explorer, he gets the
following error: parameter is incorrect. If he right clicks on the icon and
chooses, Open With, Access, it will open fine. We checked the file
associations and .mdb is associated with Access. He does not have any
problems opening the database from other PCs.

A little more information - the client is able to open other databases on
this terminal server without getting this error. Appears to only be this
database that he has problems opening on the TS.
