Parameter Queries

Hi,
I have a query that needs to get its parameters from
DIFFERENT forms. For example, depending on where the user
is in the database the query needs to use parameters from
FORM A, however if the user is somewhere else in the
database the query needs to use parameters from FORM B.
The control names on both of the forms are the same.

Please help me out with this one!
