parameter query

I have a parameter query that ask for a persons last
name. When the last name is entered the query brings up
all the records for that person. I also have a pick list
of all the last names that can be entered. When you run
the query a comman box comes up asking for the persons
last name, is there a way to let the person entering the
last name to see the pick list at the command box?
