Parameter "TwoDimension" on RowVector function

Hello, Once I have entered the 2 first parameters (InputArray, RowNumber) of
the "ROWVECTOR" function, When I am entering the 3rd parameter called
"TwoDimension", What should I enter?, should it be the Array name or Array
size or what?. Please provide assistance.

Which version of Excel are you using that has a ROWVECTOR function?

Is it perhaps a User Defined function? In which case, you'll need to
consult the author of the function, or the documentation that came with it.
