I have a standard Microsoft Access Accounts Receivable Aging Report from the
Orders Database. This lists balances due as Current, 30-60 days, 61-90
days, 91+ days and Balance.
In design view, all properties of these fields appear to be the same;
however, when I run the report, a parameter query box appears for the 91+
days. I did not make this a parameter query. I can return without putting
in any information and the report runs with information in the 91+ field.
The grand total for that field does not display. I have deleted the field
and reentered for anything pertaining to the 91+ field and still get the
same problems.
I don't even know how to create a parameter query, so I am at a loss as to
how to correct this error and to get the grand total to display.
Thank you
