Parameter Value in Dialog Box

I want to be able to use a wildcard in the dialog box
instead of having to enter an entire name to pull up a
report based on a query.

I would appreciate any help.

Use a criterion of

LIKE [Enter name or part of a name:]

The user will be responsible for typing in "Kath*" if she wants to
find Kathleen, Kathy, Katherine etc.; if she doesn't use a wildcard it
will return only an exact match.
