Parsing incoming email with Access 2003

A few years back I read an article describing how to create a report in
Access based on an email request, and then send the report (snapshot) back to
the entity that sent the email, and this was accomplished automatically
without user intervention. I have checked with FMS as I thought the article
was in one of their news letters, but they don't think so.
I know that the code for preparing an Access Snapshot report and sending it
via email is already in the Access 03 help.
I am looking for that orignal article, or another way to do this.
