Part of text field extract

I have data as follows

Area ID CustomerID CustomerName Postcodes
1 1 J Bloggs
AB AL
2 2 M Owen AL
WS WV
3 1 J Bloggs
WV AL

How could extract the data to display as

J Bloggs AB
J Bloggs AL
J Bloggs WV
M Owen AL
M Owen WS
M Owen WV

Sorry for being lame, but it's the only way I could explain it...

I am looking to extract anything either side of a space, group it by
CustomerName and Remove Duplicates...
