To Roy and Geetesh, I don't think the presenter view will accomplish what
the OP wants because you can't change any information in an active
presentation that will be displayed on the projector screen while in
presenter view (at least not easily and without a lot of programming.) If
you are talking about "dynamically" changing the order of the slides but all
the data is intact in the saved presentation then that can be done with the
presenter view.
By default PPT must maintain the processor's focus to continue to run a
presentation. There are add-in programs that will allow you to run a
presentation and another program at the same time and not have the other
program steal the focus from PPT, and there may even be programs that will
change the data in a running presentation but since I have no need for
either a Google or Bing search may help in finding exactly what you need.
