Partial Activation

I moved Office Professional from my XP to a new Windows 7 machine. When the
first activation wizard appeared I clicked on Activate over the Internet. I
got the error report that said the Internet was not available. I read
several fixes for this but the "Ctrl+Shift+ I" didn't do anything. When I
clicked on Activate over the phone I never got the next screen to ask about a
country etc. I went to Access and did get the phone number and ID and
activated over the phone. After closing and reopening I tried all my Office
Pro products. Only Access, PowerPoint and Publisher are activated. I still
get the activation wizard on Word, Excel and Front Page. I've tried calling
the activation telephone number again but since it's automated it won't
transfer me to a real person to help. Can you advise?

Did you uninstall any trial Office software, activation assistant that may
have been installed on your new machine and rebooted the computer prior to
installing your paid for version of Office Professional. This could have
been your issue if you did not.

Otherwise, what version of Office Pro do you have (2000, 2002 (XP), 2003 or
2007)?
