There is a "Partially receive messages over xx KB" option under the Options
tab in the Edit Account window. To the right is a drop-down menu with two
choices, "always" and "when on dial-up". I would like to choose "when on
dial-up", but it always reverts to "always".
I searched this group on Google and found a similar inquiry from July 2004,
but no replies. Any ideas?
