participants of an exhibition

I have the list of participants of an exhibition. It consists of 14412
records. Each record consists strictly of 12 positions. I should make the
table: each of 14412 participants of an exhibition - submitted by one line.
Are you understand? My table - 12 columns and 14412 lines! How I can make
it?

Type 1 in cell A3, then Press F5 and type in the Reference window A14415
then click ok........then in cell A14415 type 14412 and press enter, then
left click on it and drag all the way up to cell A3.......then do Edit >
Fill > Series > Step value 1, Stop value 14412 > ok.......this will
automatically fill in to give you a list of participants from 1 in cell A3
to 14412 in cell A14415.......then in cell B1 type 1, in C2 type 2, in D2
type 3, in E2 type 4, in F2 type 5, in G2 type 6, in H2 type 7, in I2 type
8, in J2 type 9, in K2 type 10, in L2 type 11, and in M2 type 12........that
will give you your matrix of 12 positions and 14412 participants......in
cell A1 type PARTICIPANTS and in cell G1 type POSITIONS.......for
titles.......
