Pass from development to production environment

I have two environments in my Project Server configuration: development and
production (two PWA sites), there was any way to move things done in my
development environment to production environment?

Depending on what you want to move:

Playbooks tool in the resource kit will backup/restore server settings
between environments (though not calendars)

If you want everything to come across, you basically need to do a
backup/restore.
