Pass the SharePoint Team Services account to another web program

I have a question.
Please help me.

I use SharePoint Team Services which comes with MS Project Server 2002.
I will add a link on the SharePoint homepage.
The link will open a window for another web program.
How can I pass the SharePoint Team Services account(ID/password) to the web program?
I am using Windows domain user account.
