Passing items from a query to a listbox

This may be very simple, but i'm just not getting it.

1. I have a unbound listbox that is querying a table called ECR. It lists
all the ECRs from that table.

2. I have a listbox from a table called ECN.

3. I want to select multiple items from the listbox containing the ECR
items and push it to the ECN listbox and save that data in the table
designated as the listbox.
