Passing parameters to reports via a form

I have set up a form frmCompany which allows users to select a company
from a combo box cmbCompany and also enter in a datarage ie.
txtStartDate and txtEndDate this frm popsup when a user opens
rptCompanyInvoice
which is linked to the query qryReport only problem is when I select
the company and select the date range and click ok to view the report
the report comes up black! When I open the report without the criteria
selection form all the data from the query is displayed and when i run
the query on its on and just type in my values the query works. Does
anyone possible have any idea as to why when i enter a criteria in my
frmCompany no results are displayed on my report. I have followed the
example at the below website
